On Time, Accurate, and Reliable Monthly Billings

We provide an on time and accurate monthly billing service to your residents. We understand that not every property is the same, and individual properties have individual needs. That's why we make customization of your monthly resident's bills both easy and cost effective.

•  Add additional items to your bill, such as rent, trash, and pet fees.

•  Include additional inserts with your resident's monthly utility bill.

Customize your monthly bills in a way that is best for your situation. We will make sure that not only are all state and local regulations accounted for in setting up your bill, but that your preferences are accounted for as well. Choose what information is on your bill and how it is presented and create your own message to put on the bill. We can include rent, cable or other monthly charges on the bill as well. We can even include an additional insert every month with your resident's bill. Insert promotional flyers, cost savings and conservation tips or just a quick message to your tenants.


The bill is 8 ½” x 11”, with the detachable payment coupon at the top. It is OCR compatible and has two customizable message fields, one on each part of the bill. A business reply envelope is included with the bill for payment processing accounts, or when otherwise necessary.

Welcome all things "NEW" at Energy Billing Systems! We are growing and as such, have upgraded our billing program. Your services will remain the same and more tools will become available to you over time. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition. You will be required to register with a new "user name" and "password". To obtain your new Resident ID# you may call Customer Service who can also assist you with credit card payments or with creating your new registration. Finally, we have installed a new phone system and our extension numbers have changed.Listen carefully to the new menu options when you call.
